We keep our charges simple
What will it cost me?
We charge:
- $60 per hour on site
- $1 per km travel fee if you're:
East of Orbost, North of the highway, or West of Lakes Entrance
- Negotiable call out fee if service is required outside of our suggested availablities.
Please note that we don't run Tea Tree Tech full time.
This means we aren't available every day, and have an ever changing schedule.

No Fix - No Fee
Unless otherwise stated, we won't charge for time spent on an issue we can't fix. This doesn't include call-out or travel charges.

We always accept Cash, Bank transfers, and cheques. We can also provide card payment options if required.

We'll assist you at home or work, wherever the issue is. We don't have a shop, which reduces our costs and reduces our charges.

Unfortunately not. We recommend Magnum Movies and Mobiles in Lakes Entrance for phone hardware and screen issues.
